What you will do

• Administer identity and security platforms including Okta, Active Directory, ADCS, ADFS, Azure, Intune, AWS/IAM, and certificate and secrets management systems.
• Build and manage account and system provisioning solutions, including Okta projects and cross-domain identity integrations.
• Manage Active Directory implementations and rebuild the ADCS environment.
• Provide Tier 3 support, troubleshoot complex identity and security issues, and participate in on-call duties.
• Define policies and procedures and act as an SME for SSO, SAML, SCIM, and enterprise security standards.
• Collaborate with security and infrastructure teams, application owners, and business users while mentoring other team members.

Requirements

• Advanced conversational English required.
• Experience in at least three areas including SCIM automation, MFA, REST/SOAP/OAuth/OIDC integrations, RBAC, privileged account management, conditional access, and access reviews.
• Expert knowledge of IAM domains including identity governance, privileged access management, authentication, authorization, and identity lifecycle management.
• Advanced understanding of security principles such as separation of duties and least privilege.
• Understanding of change management, service desk principles, and Agile frameworks such as Kanban or Scrum.
• Must be based in Colombia.

Nice to have

• Expertise in Okta Lifecycle Management and Active Directory Certificate Services.
• Technical knowledge of PKI, API security, and Zero Trust implementations.
• Experience across cloud services, authentication, PKI, system administration, software development, networking, or security architecture.
• Knowledge of threat hunting, threat modeling, digital forensics, reverse engineering, phishing, or penetration testing.
• Strong communication skills with customers, peers, and executive leadership.
