Salary: $202,000–$230,000

• Define the product vision and roadmap for the Rules Experience and AI Studio stack.
• Shape next-generation workflow-building experiences to turn manual work into scalable systems.
• Lead the expansion of AI-assisted and prompt-driven workflow creation.
• Develop visual authoring tools like the Workflow Canvas to improve user adoption.
• Strengthen trust, reliability, and governance foundations for enterprise-scale automation.
• Drive business impact by scaling Asana’s consumption-based AI offering.

Requirements

• 5+ years of product management experience in automation, workflows, or AI-powered applications.
• Proven track record of designing highly usable, intuitive creation interfaces.
• Strong technical competency in translating complex systems into seamless end-user surfaces.
• Demonstrated ability to collaborate cross-functionally with engineering, design, and data science.
• Deep curiosity regarding LLMs, prompt-driven interfaces, and agentic execution patterns.
• Must be based in San Francisco and able to work in the office on a hybrid schedule.
