Principal Product Manager (AI Models): Define and execute multi-year roadmaps for AI models within a healthcare AI platform with an accent on responsible AI, customer value, and portfolio-wide adoption. Location: Remote within Canada or hybrid from Mississauga, Ontario, with regular office attendance expected for hybrid employees. Remote employees must travel to Mississauga and/or Salt Lake City for onboarding, team events, and company meetings.

Salary: CAD 154,800–172,000 base salary, plus bonus and benefits.

What you will do

• Define the strategy and multi-year roadmap for AI models across the broader AI platform.
• Represent the needs of healthcare providers, residents, patients, and future users.
• Drive execution, adoption, product launches, and releases across the product portfolio.
• Collaborate with Engineering, User Experience, Technical Writing, and product teams using Agile and Design Thinking.
• Advocate for Responsible AI and incorporate customer feedback into product development.
• Influence executive stakeholders and cross-functional teams while optimizing time to value and ROI.

Requirements

• 10+ years of product management experience.
• Master’s degree or higher in business, computer science, or a healthcare-related field.
• Experience managing large product lines and delivering innovative, transformative products.
• Strong strategic, analytical, critical-thinking, communication, and stakeholder-influencing skills.
• Understanding of Agile and Design Thinking methodologies.
• Knowledge of AI development, AI-enabled products, Responsible AI, and applicable healthcare regulations.
