Manager, FP&A – EMEA

What you will do

• Lead the end-to-end EMEA forecasting, budgeting, month-end close, variance analysis, and P&L reporting cycles.
• Coordinate with Financial Business Partners, analysts, Accounting, and corporate stakeholders to ensure accurate and timely submissions.
• Identify financial trends, risks, and performance drivers across the EMEA P&L.
• Drive BI and FP&A transformation, including PowerBI dashboards, master data governance, forecast redesign, and BI migration.
• Use automation, analytics, and AI tools to simplify processes and improve financial performance visibility.
• Coach and mentor FP&A team members and line-manage one qualified Senior Analyst.

Requirements

• 5+ years of FP&A experience in a global organization, including forecasting, budgeting, and month-end close.
• Ability to lead financial processes end-to-end and communicate P&L performance to senior stakeholders.
• Expert Excel and financial modelling skills, with strong commercial acumen and attention to data accuracy.
• Capability in at least one of Adaptive Insights or equivalent EPM tools, PowerBI, or Snowflake.
• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Business, or a related field.
• Professional qualification such as ACA, ACCA, CIMA, or equivalent is required.

Nice to have

• Experience with both financial planning platforms and BI/data modelling tools.
• Prior line management experience.
• Experience leading finance, data, or process improvement projects.
