Salary: $108,800 – $204,000 (depending on location tier)

What you will do

• Partner with Business Unit leaders, Operations, GTM, Accounting, and Legal to translate strategic priorities into annual operational plans, budgets, and financial forecasts.
• Execute core FP&A processes, including rolling forecasts and budget vs. actual reporting.
• Lead program-level financial reporting across complex deep technology programs and customer engagements.
• Build and maintain scalable financial models, dashboards, and reporting packages for revenue, operating expenses, margin, and headcount.
• Strengthen FP&A processes, controls, and operating cadences, focusing on forecast governance and automation.

Requirements

• 5+ years of FP&A experience with demonstrated ownership of annual planning, budgeting, and forecasting.
• Advanced financial modeling skills and high proficiency in Excel.
• Strong program-finance toolkit, including program-level P&L, resource planning, and ROI analysis.
• Experience working with ERP and planning systems such as NetSuite, Pigment, or Power BI.
• Excellent communication and executive presentation skills.

Nice to have

• Exposure to AI/ML, deep technology, aerospace & defense, or the public sector.
• Experience managing multiple P&Ls and cost allocations across complex programs.
• Familiarity with government contract structures and concepts.
• Background in strategic finance, investment banking, or private equity.
