FP&A Lead (Robotics)

What you will do

• Lead annual budgeting and quarterly reforecasting across headcount, OPEX, CAPEX, and project spend.
• Develop multi-scenario financial models and provide visibility into burn, run rate, budget utilisation, and variance to plan.
• Deliver financial reporting, commentary, KPI analysis, and emerging risk or opportunity updates for leadership and the board.
• Partner with engineering, operations, and go-to-market leaders on planning, resource allocation, vendor negotiations, and investment decisions.
• Support pricing, margin, cost, unit economics, and product lifecycle modelling.
• Design scalable planning workflows, evaluate FP&A tools, automate data integrations, and establish process governance.

Requirements

• 6+ years of experience in FP&A, finance business partnering, or strategic finance.
• Strong financial modelling and analytical skills, with the ability to build scalable and insightful models.
• Deep understanding of cost structures, capital planning, and cash flow modelling.
• Excellent communication skills and the ability to explain complexity and trade-offs to senior stakeholders.
• Builder’s mindset with the ability to design processes from scratch in a fast-paced environment.

Nice to have

• Experience in hardware, manufacturing, robotics, engineering, or supply chain organisations.
• Familiarity with NetSuite, Looker, Tableau, or Power BI.
• Experience preparing board-level reporting or working with investor-backed companies.
• Exposure to unit economics, pricing models, and product lifecycle financials.
