FP&A Lead (Robotics)

hirify.global develops commercially scalable and safe hirify.global robots, including the HMND-01 platform deployed in industrial environments.

What you will do

• Lead annual budgeting and quarterly reforecasting across the company.
• Build and maintain multi-scenario financial models covering headcount, OPEX, CAPEX, project spend, burn, run rate, and budget utilisation.
• Deliver financial reporting, commentary, KPI monitoring, and risk or opportunity analysis for leadership and board stakeholders.
• Partner with engineering, operations, and go-to-market leads on planning, resource allocation, vendor negotiations, pricing, margins, and cost modelling.
• Design scalable planning workflows, templates, governance, and financial systems.
• Drive automation and integration across finance and operational data sources and support the deployment of FP&A tools.

Requirements

• 6+ years of experience in FP&A, finance business partnering, or strategic finance.
• Strong financial modelling and analytical skills, including scalable and insightful model development.
• Deep understanding of cost structures, capital planning, and cash flow modelling.
• Excellent communication skills and the ability to explain complexity and trade-offs to senior stakeholders.
• Self-starter with a builder’s mindset, comfortable designing processes in a fast-paced environment.

Nice to have

• Experience in hardware, manufacturing, robotics, engineering, or supply chain organisations.
• Familiarity with NetSuite, Looker, Tableau, Power BI, or similar finance and data tools.
• Experience with board-level reporting or investor-backed companies.
• Exposure to unit economics, pricing models, and product lifecycle financials.
