What you will do

• Own FP&A processes, partnering across the business for budgeting and long-range financial planning.
• Build and maintain financial models to support strategic decision-making and business growth.
• Analyze company performance against forecasts, identifying key drivers and explaining variances.
• Prepare concise financial reporting for leadership teams to drive actionable decisions.
• Support financial close processes, scenario modeling, and investment analysis for strategic initiatives.
• Assist with financial materials for board meetings, investor presentations, and financing discussions.

Requirements

• 2–5 years of experience in FP&A, corporate finance, consulting, or a similar analytical role.
• Strong financial modeling capability in Excel or Google Sheets.
• Experience working with large datasets and financial performance metrics.
• Ability to translate financial analysis into clear insights for non-finance stakeholders.
• Proactive mindset with strong attention to detail and strategic thinking.
• Clear communication and presentation skills for cross-functional collaboration.

Nice to have

• Experience in high-growth, startup, or scale-up environments.
• Exposure to SaaS, cloud, or technology companies.
• Familiarity with fundraising processes, capital structure, or strategic finance.
• Experience supporting investor reporting or board presentations.
• Exposure to BI tools or financial systems such as NetSuite.
