What you will do

• Own end-to-end plant performance across safety, quality, delivery, cost, cash, service, and new product introduction.
• Lead cross-functional execution and maintain alignment across the Plant Leadership Team.
• Manage plant financials, operating budgets, cost control, performance monitoring, and corrective actions.
• Define and execute the manufacturing strategy while optimizing people, equipment, materials, and capital.
• Sustain the hirify.global Production System and drive standardization, process discipline, and continuous improvement.
• Build a 3–5-year plant masterplan covering investments, capability development, technology, compliance, succession, and leadership effectiveness.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in business, industrial management, engineering, management, or an equivalent field.
• 15+ years of manufacturing experience in a large plant and 5–10 years of manufacturing management experience.
• 5+ years in a continuous improvement, TPM, or Lean production environment.
• Proven plant leadership experience with measurable improvements in safety, quality, productivity, production, and service.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, organizational, planning, leadership, financial, communication, and strategic-thinking skills.
• Experience in a union environment and labor law is preferred.
