What you will do

• Support Facilities & Utilities strategies and their execution within the plant and broader organization.
• Participate in developing and implementing new ideas, techniques, procedures, services, and products.
• Lead or support defined facilities and utilities startup activities at the site level.
• Collaborate with the immediate team and relevant work areas to maximize business impact.
• Perform assigned activities in compliance with established policies, procedures, and stewardship requirements.

Requirements

• Background or basic knowledge in facilities, utilities, engineering, operations, plant startup, or a related technical field.
• Awareness of external stewardship requirements, including applicable legal and tax considerations.
• Understanding of internal stewardship processes, decision authority, and procure-to-pay requirements.
• Ability to identify and analyze straightforward problems and complete tasks with appropriate supervision.
• Effective collaboration and communication skills, with the ability to learn quickly and implement practical solutions.

Nice to have

• Experience supporting facilities, utilities, engineering, operations, or plant startup projects.
• Familiarity with manufacturing environments and site-level project execution.
