Manufacturing Manager (Automotive)

What you will do

• Lead supervisors, professionals, and operators to achieve production, quality, cost, and safety objectives.
• Supervise production schedules and ensure compliance with predetermined cost standards.
• Maintain quality targets, including FTQ, and optimize production-line balancing and resource utilization.
• Enforce plant safety rules and ensure compliance with EHS, quality, and corporate standards.
• Train new supervisors and team leaders in key area functions.
• Drive continuous improvement and annual cost-reduction initiatives while preparing the plant for future challenges.

Requirements

• At least five years of manufacturing experience, including two years as a Manufacturing Manager.
• Engineering degree in any field; a master's degree is preferred.
• Intermediate English proficiency.
• Experience in employee and customer relations and in coordinating cross-functional efforts to exceed customer expectations.
• Experience with Lean, Six Sigma, project management, and new product introduction.
• Automotive harness manufacturing experience is desirable.
