What you will do

• Lead the design, configuration, deployment, and continuous improvement of AI agents supporting PLM and supply chain processes.
• Develop LLM prompt orchestration, agent workflows, and RAG solutions using structured and unstructured enterprise data.
• Implement and integrate Oracle Cloud, SCM, PLM, APIs, and third-party enterprise applications for end-to-end product lifecycle connectivity.
• Translate product lifecycle and business requirements into scalable AI-enabled solutions.
• Monitor agent reliability, accuracy, and performance while troubleshooting and optimizing AI-enabled processes.
• Establish governance, security, compliance, access controls, and human-in-the-loop operating models in collaboration with engineering, product, supply chain, IT, and business stakeholders.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in information technology, process management, or a related field, or equivalent experience.
• 15+ years of experience with Oracle Fusion and enterprise systems, including integrations and customizations.
• Experience with REST APIs, SOAP services, and enterprise integration technologies.
• Understanding of generative AI, LLMs, prompt engineering, RAG, agent frameworks, and AI limitations such as hallucinations.
• Knowledge of enterprise AI security, data governance, privacy, compliance, role-based access controls, approval workflows, and human-in-the-loop governance.
• Strong communication, judgment, ownership, collaboration, change management, and results-oriented leadership skills.

Nice to have

• Experience with Oracle AI Agent Studio or similar enterprise AI platforms.
• Experience building AI agents and exposure to Oracle Product Development Cloud.
