TL;DR

AI Technology Lead (GenAI): Shaping the identification, evaluation, and application of AI across enterprise functions and products with an accent on agentic automation and rapid prototyping. Focus on developing proof-of-concepts for AI-enabled workflows and establishing scalable implementation patterns for LLMs.

Location: Remote (Must be based in the US and legally authorized to work there). Excludes Alaska, Hawaii, Puerto Rico, Louisiana, Oklahoma, and the provinces of Quebec and Ontario.

Salary: $202,500–$225,000 base + variable

What you will do

• Guide business, product, and technology teams through ideation for AI and agentic automation use cases.
• Lead exploration, experimentation, and rapid prototyping of emerging AI technologies and tools.
• Develop proof-of-concepts and reference implementations for AI-enabled workflows and copilots.
• Influence enterprise and product AI strategy by surfacing insights from experimentation.
• Define practical standards, reusable patterns, and guardrails for responsible AI design.
• Act as a trusted internal advisor on AI trends, tradeoffs, and emerging capabilities.

Requirements

• 9+ years of experience in AI/ML, software engineering, data platforms, or solution architecture.
• Hands-on expertise with Generative AI, including LLMs, prompt engineering, and retrieval patterns.
• Must be legally authorized to work in the United States; no sponsorship provided.
• Must be based in US time zones.
• Ability to travel 10–25% as business needs require.
• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Data Science, Engineering, Mathematics, or related field.
