Technical Principal-Data & AI Enablement (AI)

Location: Irving, Texas, United States; hybrid work with a minimum of two days per week in the Irving office.

What you will do

• Lead high-impact enterprise initiatives involving AI, machine learning, generative AI, cloud, and data platforms.
• Advise senior business and technology leaders on AI-enabled solutions, technical strategy, investment, and risk.
• Drive adoption of LLMs, RAG architectures, MLOps/LLMOps, event-driven AI systems, and advanced analytics platforms.
• Translate business priorities into fit-for-purpose AI and data architectures that deliver measurable value.
• Promote responsible AI practices covering ethics, regulation, security, bias mitigation, explainability, and compliance.
• Represent hirify.global in AI and technology communities while fostering collaboration, mentoring, and knowledge sharing.

Requirements

• 10+ years of experience in technology leadership focused on enterprise architecture, AI/ML, cloud, and data platforms.
• 3–5 years mentoring technical teams and leading AI-enabled transformation initiatives.
• 3–5 years leading projects and influencing outcomes through technical thought leadership.
• Deep knowledge of cloud-native architectures, data platforms, and AI ecosystems including Azure AI, Databricks ML, Azure OpenAI, and Cognitive Search.
• Expertise in LLMs, prompt engineering, RAG patterns, model lifecycle management, AI governance, and responsible AI frameworks.
• High school diploma or equivalent required; a degree in computer science, data science, engineering, or a related field is preferred. Related certifications or licenses are required.

• Bachelor’s or Master’s Degree in Computer Science, Data Science, Engineering, or a related field.
