What you will do

• Lead, mentor, and develop a team of AI Solution Architects to foster technical excellence and innovation.
• Define and execute the AI architecture vision aligned with customer experience transformation goals.
• Oversee the design and validation of complex AI solutions leveraging generative AI, conversational AI, and cloud-native architectures.
• Establish architectural standards for scalability, security, observability, and responsible AI practices.
• Act as a trusted advisor to executive stakeholders and customers on AI transformation initiatives.
• Collaborate cross-functionally with Product, Engineering, and Sales to influence AI product direction and go-to-market strategies.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Data Science, or a related field.
• 10+ years of experience in enterprise architecture, solution architecture, AI, or cloud technologies.
• 5+ years of leadership experience managing architects, engineers, or technical consulting teams.
• Deep understanding of Generative AI, LLMs, Conversational AI, Agentic AI, and RAG.
• Experience designing enterprise-scale AI solutions and cloud-native architectures.
• Strong executive communication and stakeholder management skills.

Nice to have

• Experience with AI platforms like OpenAI, Google Vertex AI, Amazon Bedrock, or Microsoft Azure AI.
• Familiarity with vector databases, MLOps practices, and AI orchestration frameworks.
• Cloud certifications (AWS, Azure, GCP) and AI-related certifications.
