What you will do

• Design, develop, fine-tune, and deploy generative AI solutions using modern models and frameworks.
• Build AI applications based on LLMs, RAG architectures, advanced prompting, and vector databases.
• Implement machine learning algorithms, software architectures, and scalable AI solutions aligned with business objectives.
• Deploy and optimize AI/ML solutions in production environments at scale.
• Evaluate emerging AI technologies and recommend approaches that improve products and services.
• Work with REST APIs, AI APIs, cloud-native architectures, and containerized deployments.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Data Science, Artificial Intelligence, Engineering, or a related field.
• 12+ years of overall IT experience with a strong background in data and analytics.
• 2+ years of hands-on experience developing and deploying generative AI models.
• Strong Python or modern programming language skills, with the ability to write robust, scalable, and maintainable code.
• Experience with RAG, zero-shot learning, few-shot and multi-shot prompting, advanced prompt engineering, TensorFlow, PyTorch, and Scikit-learn.
• Experience with Git, Docker, vector databases, AWS SageMaker, Azure Machine Learning, Google Cloud AI Platform or Vertex AI, and Linux administration.
