TL;DR
Senior Integration Engineer (MuleSoft): Designing, developing, and supporting enterprise integrations on the MuleSoft Anypoint Platform with an accent on API-led connectivity, security, scalability, and CI/CD automation. Focus on building System, Process, and Experience APIs, integrating complex enterprise systems, and improving platform reliability through governance, monitoring, and lifecycle management.
Location: Colombia; remote or office work available.

What you will do
- Gather integration requirements and translate them into scalable enterprise solutions.
- Design and implement API-led architectures using System, Process, and Experience APIs.
- Establish integration standards, reusable patterns, governance, and security practices.
- Develop, maintain, and optimize CI/CD pipelines for MuleSoft applications.
- Monitor and support the MuleSoft platform, ensuring application stability, performance, and lifecycle management.
- Evaluate MuleSoft capabilities and industry trends to improve the integration ecosystem.
Requirements
- 5+ years of integration development experience, including at least 3 years of hands-on MuleSoft experience on production-grade projects.
- MuleSoft Certified Developer Level I or Level II certification.
- Proficiency with Mule 4, Anypoint Platform, Runtime Manager, Exchange, API Manager, and Anypoint Studio.
- Strong knowledge of REST, RAML, OpenAPI Specification, Enterprise Integration Patterns, message queues, and event-driven architecture.
- Experience with Git, Jenkins, Maven, CI/CD, monitoring tools, Docker, Kubernetes, microservices, and cloud platforms.
- Knowledge of API security standards including OAuth 2.0 and OpenID Connect, plus experience integrating enterprise systems such as Salesforce, SAP, or Workday.
