What you will do

• Deconstruct complex business problems into modular, maintainable software solutions.
• Design foundational frameworks using Domain-Driven Design, CQRS, clean architecture, and enterprise design patterns.
• Build, maintain, and optimize backend systems, RESTful APIs, and microservices with C#, .NET Core, Web API, and Entity Framework.
• Design and optimize SQL Server databases, stored procedures, indexes, queries, and performance.
• Own unit, integration, and performance testing in a Shift Left environment without a dedicated QA team.
• Collaborate with Product Managers and engineering squads to deliver customer-focused features while using AI coding assistants to improve development speed.

Requirements

• 5+ years of enterprise or SaaS software development experience.
• Strong experience with C#, .NET Core, Web API, Entity Framework, and SQL Server.
• Knowledge of object-oriented programming, design patterns, enterprise architecture, multithreading, and asynchronous programming.
• Practical experience with Domain-Driven Design, CQRS, and separation of business and data access layers.
• Excellent written and verbal English communication skills for collaboration across distributed teams.
• Daily experience using AI coding assistants such as GitHub Copilot or Claude, plus familiarity with Git, CI/CD, Agile environments, and modern frontend frameworks such as Angular.

Nice to have

• Production experience building AI-powered product features such as intelligent search, smart forms, or NLP workflows.
• Experience with full feature ownership from design through production deployment.
• Exposure to event-driven architectures, asynchronous messaging, or distributed systems.
