What you will do

• Design and build scalable features for a multi-tenant cloud platform using .NET and C#.
• Architect solutions for complex challenges like real-time multi-user synchronization and third-party extensibility.
• Maintain and evolve both monolithic and microservice-based architectures.
• Optimize SQL Server performance through complex queries and stored procedures.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive engineering maturity and technical excellence.
• Mentor developers through code reviews, pair programming, and architectural guidance.

Requirements

• Must be based in Colombia.
• 8+ years of professional software development experience.
• In-depth expertise in server-side .NET, C#, and distributed microservice architectures.
• Proven experience designing and operating cloud-native SaaS platforms, preferably on AWS.
• Strong understanding of OOP, SOLID principles, and design patterns.
• Experience with relational databases (SQL Server) and HTTP API design (REST/GraphQL).

Nice to have

• Experience with containerization (Docker, Kubernetes).
• Knowledge of cloud providers beyond AWS (Azure, GCP).
• Familiarity with accounting and auditing concepts.
• Active GitHub portfolio or open-source contributions.
