What you will do

• Present visualised podcasts, live programmes, news, interviews and features for YouTube and other digital platforms.
• Research, develop and conduct exclusive interviews with political, business, entertainment and sporting figures across West Africa.
• Shape editorial direction and manage content production from concept through final delivery.
• Drive audience engagement through live interaction, social media and community-building activities.
• Identify trends and opportunities to grow and retain audiences across digital platforms.
• Use AI tools, new technologies and creative formats to enhance storytelling and production efficiency.

Requirements

• Recognised and trusted journalist with a strong profile in Africa and a record of credible, high-standard editorial work.
• Fluent English and Hausa, with excellent presentation, communication and writing skills.
• Significant broadcast journalism experience, including live presentation, visualised podcasts and digital video production.
• Strong interviewing, research, analytical and storytelling skills.
• Deep understanding of West African political, cultural and social contexts.
• Legal right to work in Nigeria and completed NYSC or a valid certificate of exemption.
