Senior Videographer (Fintech)

What you will do

• Own end-to-end video production from concept through final delivery.
• Personally shoot and edit assigned projects to studio craft standards.
• Manage stakeholder communication, project timelines, and delivery risks.
• Develop fresh creative and format ideas to improve production quality.
• Contribute craft mentorship within the production pod.

Requirements

• 4–6+ years of experience in video production.
• A reel demonstrating both self-shot and self-edited work.
• Proven experience managing stakeholders proactively, including under delivery pressure.
• Strong storytelling skills across documentary, talking-head, event, and executive content.
• High autonomy and accountability in a small production team.
