Salary: $131,000–$140,000

What you will do

• Own the full lifecycle of KPIs and dashboards, from scoping to delivery.
• Partner with stakeholders to define success metrics across products and operations.
• Collaborate with data engineering to build and maintain scalable, reliable data pipelines.
• Conduct deep-dive investigations into complex business problems to support strategic leadership decisions.
• Advocate for best practices in visualization, documentation, and metric consistency.
• Proactively identify and close reporting gaps to improve data accessibility.

Requirements

• 3+ years of experience in Data Analytics or Business Intelligence.
• Hands-on experience with SQL and cloud warehouses (Snowflake preferred).
• Experience with dbt is strongly preferred.
• Ability to translate ambiguous business questions into data-driven solutions.
• Must be authorized to work in the U.S. (no visa sponsorship available).
