Salary: $167,000 – $210,000

What you will do

• Own the full lifecycle of KPIs and dashboards, from scoping to delivery and governance.
• Partner with stakeholders to define success metrics across products and operations.
• Collaborate with data engineering to build and maintain scalable, reliable data pipelines.
• Conduct deep-dive investigations into complex business problems to support strategic leadership decisions.
• Advocate for best practices in visualization, documentation, and metric consistency.
• Proactively identify and fill reporting gaps to ensure data accessibility.

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience in Data Analytics, Business Intelligence, or a similar role.
• Hands-on experience with Snowflake (or similar cloud warehouse) and SQL at scale.
• Strong proficiency in BI/visualization tools like Looker, Tableau, or Power BI.
• Experience with dbt is strongly preferred.
• Ability to translate ambiguous business questions into data-driven solutions.
• Comfortable working independently and owning reporting projects end-to-end.
