What you will do

• Lead data initiatives bridging Product, Engineering, and Marketing to ensure growth bets are measurable and aligned with enterprise objectives.
• Conduct deep-dive investigations into metric shifts to identify technical bugs, UX friction, or trust barriers.
• Design and standardize analytical frameworks for evaluating product growth and user behavior.
• Manage the full experimentation lifecycle, from hypothesis design to post-test causal inference.
• Partner with FP&A to connect product outcomes to revenue, LTV, and segment-level P&L impact.
• Model best practices in AI-enhanced workflows and elevate the team's data storytelling capabilities.

Requirements

• 3-5+ years of experience in a highly quantitative analytical role within a SaaS or subscription-based business.
• Expert-level SQL skills and experience with product analytics tools like Amplitude or GA4.
• Strong background in A/B testing methodologies and statistical inference.
• Experience with cloud data warehouses (e.g., Snowflake) and version control (GitHub).
• Proficiency in leveraging modern AI tools (e.g., Cursor, Claude Code) for data workflows.
• Bachelor’s degree in a quantitative field such as analytics, math, statistics, or economics.
