What you will do

• Lead and supervise distribution team members across a functional warehouse area.
• Oversee product receipt, order fulfillment, picking, packing, shipping, staffing, scheduling, and material management.
• Maintain and improve warehouse processes, performance measurements, audits, and workflow efficiency.
• Drive safety, quality, housekeeping, compliance, and customer satisfaction standards.
• Train, coach, evaluate, and develop team members, including supporting hiring and corrective actions.
• Manage departmental payroll and expense-related accounts and support supply chain leadership.

Requirements

• At least 5 years of warehouse supervisory experience.
• High school diploma required; a college degree is preferred.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office, including Outlook, Excel, and Word.
• Experience training employees in loading, warehousing, order picking, packing, and shipping processes.
• Leadership experience and knowledge of management, coaching, counseling, and general warehouse practices.
• Ability to adjust schedules and hours as needed and operate powered industrial equipment where required.
