What you will do

• Resolve merchant-facing requests and escalations regarding WRO and URO related issues.
• Coordinate the loading, planning, and offloading of trucks and containers with minimal supervision.
• Manage daily load scheduling through set carriers to ensure delivery within expected SLAs.
• Update and manage Bill of Lading (BOL) requirements and generate IPP shipments.
• Handle driver check-in/out processes and log appointments using NOVA software.
• Ensure all products are handled, stored, and distributed according to safety, quality, and legal standards.

Requirements

• Must be based in Conyers, GA to work onsite.
• 1+ years of warehouse experience in a fast-paced environment.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Excel.
• Ability to lift 50 lbs and stand or walk continuously for 8-10 hour shifts.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills for interacting with internal and external stakeholders.
• Ability to multi-task and prioritize independently under critical timelines.
