Salary: $80,300–$90,300 per year

What you will do
- Manage operational strategies and all aspects of military equipment turn-in in accordance with contract requirements, Army regulations, and supply directives.
- Coordinate receiving, inspection, documentation, classification, segregation, and disposition of equipment and materials.
- Supervise logistics technicians, warehouse staff, forklift operators, and quality control personnel, including scheduling, training, and performance monitoring.
- Ensure full equipment accountability and maintain accurate records using GCSS-Army, G-Army, and other logistics systems.
- Prepare operational reports, manage audits and inspections, and liaise with Army property book officers, Supply Support Activity personnel, contracting officer representatives, and government representatives.
- Identify bottlenecks and implement lean logistics and 5S improvements to increase throughput and reduce errors.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Logistics, Business, or a related field preferred, or equivalent military or civilian experience.
- At least 5 years of logistics or supply chain management experience, including 2 or more years in a supervisory or management role.
- Knowledge of GCSS-Army, FEDLOG, DLA Disposition Services procedures, Army equipment classifications, and military property accountability.
- Strong understanding of DA PAM 710-2-1, AR 735-5, AR 710-2, and applicable FAR/DFARS clauses.
- Must be able to retain a Real ID, hold a Texas state-issued driver’s license with valid insurance, obtain and maintain a CAC, and obtain Tier 1/NACI public trust background eligibility.
- Ability to manage audits, inventories, and inspections in a high-tempo environment, with proficiency in Microsoft Office and logistics software.
Nice to have
- Former U.S. Army logistics experience, particularly in 92Y, 92A, or 91-series roles, or equivalent contractor experience.
- Forklift certification or hazardous materials handling training.
- Active or eligible DoD security clearance.
- OSHA 30-hour or equivalent site safety certification.
