What you will do
- Manage and lead a team of 5-12 warehouse associates to ensure operational goals are met.
- Oversee inbound and outbound shipment processes to ensure accuracy and timeliness.
- Perform cycle counts and maintain precise inventory records.
- Operate warehouse equipment, including stand-up and sit-down forklifts.
- Photograph products for website listings.
- Actively participate in and promote the company safety program.
Requirements
- Must be able to work on-site in Pittston, PA.
- Minimum 2 years of warehouse experience.
- At least 1 year of experience as a Team Lead in a warehouse environment.
- Demonstrated ability to manage team performance.
- Certification to operate stand-up and sit-down forklifts.
- Proficiency with standard office equipment and computer software (Outlook, Word, Excel).
- Ability to lift up to 50 pounds and work in a warehouse environment with uneven surfaces.
