What you will do

• Manage and lead a team of 5-12 warehouse associates to ensure operational goals are met.
• Oversee inbound and outbound shipment processes to ensure accuracy and timeliness.
• Perform cycle counts and maintain precise inventory records.
• Operate warehouse equipment, including stand-up and sit-down forklifts.
• Photograph products for website listings.
• Actively participate in and promote the company safety program.

Requirements

• Must be able to work on-site in Pittston, PA.
• Minimum 2 years of warehouse experience.
• At least 1 year of experience as a Team Lead in a warehouse environment.
• Demonstrated ability to manage team performance.
• Certification to operate stand-up and sit-down forklifts.
• Proficiency with standard office equipment and computer software (Outlook, Word, Excel).
• Ability to lift up to 50 pounds and work in a warehouse environment with uneven surfaces.
