Location: Hybrid role based at a primary U.S. office in Morristown, NJ; Portsmouth, NH; Walkersville, MD; Houston, TX; Vacaville, CA; or Bend, OR. Eastern Time Zone is preferred. What you will do

• Own SAP Plan-to-Make execution across master data, process orders, MRP runs, purchase orders, and warehouse and material movements.
• Assess supply chain operations across multiple U.S. sites, conduct gap analyses, and implement corrective action plans.
• Lead the Supply Chain end-to-end Execution Blueprint Certification Program and support MRP II Class A performance.
• Create and implement standardized SOPs, policies, and work instructions.
• Develop training and coaching for planners, logistics leads, and site super-users.
• Coordinate with site supply chain teams, finance, and Global IT to resolve critical SAP issues and align execution.

Requirements

• 10+ years of hands-on experience across supply chain planning, execution, warehousing, and logistics.
• Experience in a regulated pharmaceutical, biotechnology, or life sciences manufacturing environment.
• Advanced SAP expertise across planning and warehouse modules, including the ability to teach and troubleshoot complex transactions.
• APICS CPIM mastery and a Bachelor's Degree are required.
• Strong communication, presentation, conflict-resolution, change-management, and stakeholder-influence skills.
• Ability to manage multiple complex, multi-site projects independently in a matrix organization.

• PMP certification.
• Master's Degree in a technical or business discipline.
