SAP Coordinator (Supply Chain)

Location: On-site in Austin, Texas, United States. The role requires clean-room presence for more than 80% of the time, flexible shifts including nights, weekends, and holidays, and up to 50% travel. US work authorization without current or future employer sponsorship is required. Access to controlled US technology requires legal authorization before starting.

What you will do

• Coordinate material availability and delivery schedules for installations, upgrades, and field modifications.
• Maintain configuration and material records by processing updates and validating SAP data.
• Investigate damaged parts, delivery discrepancies, inventory concerns, and other material-related issues.
• Communicate project updates, risks, and material status to project leaders, logistics teams, warehouse operations, and installation engineers.
• Coordinate deliveries, returns, and material handling while supporting customer-site and clean-room activities.
• Identify process improvements that increase installation readiness, operational efficiency, and customer satisfaction.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain Management, Information Systems, or a related field; equivalent experience is considered.
• At least two years of experience in material coordination, logistics, operations, or supply chain management.
• At least one year of experience with SAP or a similar enterprise resource planning system.
• Strong data analysis, communication, prioritization, organization, and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to work safely in a clean-room environment, handle equipment-related physical requirements, and lift or move up to 50 pounds occasionally.
• Must be authorized to work in the United States without employer sponsorship and legally authorized to access controlled US technology.

Nice to have

• Experience with SAP ECC, SAP S/4HANA, SAP BPC, or related business systems.
• Experience with Microsoft Excel and other operational data management tools.
• Experience supporting customer-focused operations or technical project environments.
