What you will do

• Coordinate material delivery schedules to support installations, upgrades, and field modifications.
• Maintain and validate configuration and material records within SAP (ECC, S/4HANA).
• Investigate and resolve material-related issues, including delivery discrepancies and inventory concerns.
• Communicate project updates, risks, and material status to stakeholders.
• Partner with logistics and warehouse teams to manage deliveries, returns, and material handling.
• Drive continuous process improvements to enhance installation readiness and customer satisfaction.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain Management, Information Systems, or equivalent experience.
• Minimum 2 years of experience in material coordination, logistics, or supply chain management.
• At least 1 year of experience working with SAP or similar ERP systems.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel for operational data analysis.
• Must be based on-site in Austin, TX and available for flexible shifts, including nights, weekends, and holidays.
• Ability to work in a clean room environment (80%+ of time) and lift up to 50 lbs.
