Salary: $140,000–$180,000

What you will do

• Support end-to-end supply chain transformation engagements across planning, procurement, and logistics.
• Translate complex business challenges into data-driven insights and AI-enabled solutions.
• Design future-ready operating models integrating process, data, technology, and governance.
• Lead discrete workstreams within larger transformation programs to ensure high-quality delivery.
• Apply AI and GenAI tools to accelerate scenario modeling and solution design.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to enable seamless integration across the value chain.

Requirements

• 5–8 years of experience in supply chain consulting or transformation.
• Exposure to at least two of the following: planning, procurement, or logistics.
• Proven ability to support end-to-end supply chain strategy or operating model design.
• Experience working with AI, analytics, or digital solutions in supply chain contexts.
• Familiarity with ERP and supply chain platforms, specifically SAP (ECC or S/4HANA).
• Strong consulting toolkit including structured problem solving and executive communication.

Nice to have

• Experience supporting SAP S/4HANA-enabled supply chain transformations.
• Knowledge of integrated business planning (IBP), demand/supply planning, or inventory optimization.
• Exposure to digital planning tools like SAP IBP, Kinaxis, o9, or Blue Yonder.
• Experience contributing to AI/GenAI use case development.
• Advanced degree (MBA) or relevant certifications (APICS, Six Sigma).
