Planner Scheduler (Supply Chain)

Location: Onsite in Mexicali, Mexico. Candidates must be legally authorized to work in the United States; visa sponsorship is not provided, and temporary visa holders are not eligible.

What you will do

• Schedule sales order ship dates based on backlog, production capacity, working calendars, and available production slots.
• Review new orders, priorities, shipping instructions, Incoterms, packaging requirements, and multi-site shipsets.
• Validate accessory lines across EBS and Cyberplan before completing orders.
• Manage international order inventory ahead of promised dates and coordinate export crate schedules.
• Develop and implement improvements to lead time and scheduling performance.
• Coordinate with production and other departments on inventory reduction, NPI/MPS planning, and operational improvements.

Requirements

• At least 5 years of planning experience, preferably at Senior Planner or Master Scheduler level.
• At least 3 years of supervisory experience.
• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent in Manufacturing, Supply Chain, or a related field.
• English proficiency at approximately 95% is required.
• Experience with MRP, MRP II, ERP, JIT, Kanban, production leveling, capacity resource planning, and production control.
• Advanced Microsoft Office skills, including PowerPoint; experience with Oracle EBS, SAP, Java, or AS400 is relevant.

• Knowledge of the SIOP process and its development.
• APICS CPIM or CSCP certification.
