Management Consulting Analyst

Location: Addison, Texas, United States of America; willingness to relocate to a hirify.global office location required. Office attendance is required at least three days per week, with additional in-office days possible.

Salary: $80,000–$85,000 USD per year

What you will do

• Conduct stakeholder interviews and workshops and facilitate collaborative working sessions.
• Support business transformation, strategy, project management, and organizational change initiatives.
• Gather, synthesize, and analyze business data and requirements.
• Develop recommendations and actionable business solutions for client challenges.
• Support project planning, execution, risk management, and documentation of key decisions.
• Create presentations, reports, and client-facing deliverables and present insights to project teams and stakeholders.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree with relevant experience applicable to consulting.
• Demonstrated academic achievement and leadership experience through academic, professional, athletic, community, or extracurricular activities.
• Strong analytical, critical-thinking, written communication, verbal communication, and relationship-building skills.
• Ability to navigate ambiguity and change, take initiative, demonstrate accountability, and collaborate effectively.
• Authorization to work in the United States is required.
• Willingness to relocate to a hirify.global office location and travel based on project assignments is required.
