Management Consulting Manager, Supply Chain Advisory (AI)

Location: Houston, United States; willingness to travel 50%+ required.

Salary: $107,000–$214,500 per year, plus discretionary performance-based bonus.

What you will do

• Lead transformation initiatives across operations, supply chain, and digital ecosystems in the Energy, Oil & Gas, and Renewables sectors.
• Identify and solve complex business challenges using data analysis, process mapping, AI, and cloud technologies such as Azure and AWS.
• Drive performance improvements through digital twin implementation, process optimization, cost reduction, and enterprise system implementations.
• Manage ERP, CRM, WMS, and TMS implementations across the energy value chain.
• Assess client operations through interviews, workshops, and data analysis, then design solutions aligned with measurable business goals.
• Lead consulting teams, build executive and private equity relationships, support business development, and manage engagement economics.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree required.
• 10+ years of professional experience, including consulting or relevant industry experience in Energy, Oil & Gas, or Renewables.
• Experience solving complex business problems with data, process mapping, and digital tools.
• Strong communication, project management, organizational, and stakeholder-management skills.
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively in fast-paced environments.
• Willingness and ability to travel 50% or more.

Nice to have

• MBA or relevant graduate degree.
• APICS certifications such as CPIM or CSCP, PMP, or Lean Six Sigma certification.
• Experience with Azure, AWS, and AI/ML integration.
