IT Solutions Analyst - New College Grad (Bachelors - Santa Clara, CA)

Location: Santa Clara, California, United States. Onsite role with approximately 10% travel. Relocation is not eligible.

Salary: $72,000–$99,000 per year.

What you will do

• Analyze business requirements and convert them into functional and technical specifications.
• Design, prototype, and architect software solutions and services for facilities and IT systems.
• Configure and develop software applications, perform data conversions, and execute unit, integration, performance, and acceptance testing.
• Review and monitor production systems to maintain effective performance and determine required modifications.
• Support GIS customers, troubleshoot application and configuration issues, and identify root causes through system analysis and debugging.
• Collaborate with facilities and internal customers while bridging IT and facilities through program management.

Requirements

• New college graduate with a bachelor's degree.
• Conceptual knowledge of theories, practices, and procedures within a relevant discipline.
• Knowledge or experience in electrical systems and/or building construction.
• Computer science knowledge or basic programming skills.
• Ability to communicate with internal customers, ask questions, and confirm understanding.
• Ability to work in Santa Clara, California, with approximately 10% travel; relocation eligibility is not available.
