Salary: $62,000–$93,000 per year

What you will do

• Analyze client data, identify issues, form hypotheses, and develop insights and recommendations.
• Interview clients to define business requirements and clarify project objectives.
• Prepare reports, presentations, and other deliverables for client audiences.
• Support clients in implementing recommended operational and supply chain improvements.
• Build working relationships with client and hirify.global teams throughout engagements.
• Participate in practice development, internal activities, and learning hirify.global technologies and services.

Requirements

• High school diploma or GED required; bachelor's degree preferred.
• 0 or more years of applicable experience.
• Advanced Excel skills and the ability to operate common computer programs and software.
• Ability to analyze data, combine multiple data sets, assess risks, prioritize work, and meet deadlines.
• Effective communication with clients, coworkers, and audiences in person and electronically.
• Ability to travel 81–100% within the United States while working remotely.

Nice to have

• Experience in healthcare, business, or finance analytics.
• Knowledge of R, Python, SAS, Matlab, Power BI, Tableau, or business intelligence tools.
• Understanding of healthcare finance, operations, supply chain, medical device, pharmaceutical, and hospital market trends.
• Lean Process Improvement or Six Sigma education.
• Experience with complex analytics, what-if scenario planning, financial scenarios, and multiple data sets.
