Business Systems and Integration Analyst

Location: 5750 Wilshire Blvd, Los Angeles, California; hybrid or office-based work depending on business needs

Salary: $95,000–$125,000 per year

What you will do

• Provide day-to-day support for NetSuite, Salesforce, WooCommerce, Stripe, Avalara, SPS Commerce, Celigo, Zapier, and Amazon Seller/Vendor platforms.
• Troubleshoot system, data, integration, and workflow issues affecting orders, fulfillment, invoicing, customer accounts, payments, shipping, and reporting.
• Maintain ERP, CRM, eCommerce, shipping, tax, payment, EDI, and middleware integrations, including MuleSoft.
• Support WooCommerce storefront operations, Stripe payment workflows, Amazon account operations, and order-routing processes.
• Analyze business processes and identify opportunities for automation, optimization, and operational efficiency.
• Document workflows, integration mappings, support procedures, and troubleshooting guides; assist with testing, validation, deployments, upgrades, and vendor coordination.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Information Systems, Computer Science, Business Administration, or a related field, or an equivalent combination of education and experience.
• 7+ years of experience supporting enterprise business systems, integrations, or eCommerce platforms.
• Hands-on experience with ERP and CRM platforms such as NetSuite and Salesforce.
• Experience with MuleSoft, Boomi, Workato, or similar integration middleware, as well as APIs, data integrations, or workflow automation tools.
• Experience troubleshooting integrated business workflows across multiple systems, with strong analytical, problem-solving, communication, and prioritization skills.
• Ability to work in a hybrid or office-based environment in Los Angeles and attend an in-person interview if required. Ability to lift 25 lbs.

Nice to have

• Experience with SPS Commerce, EDI, Avalara, Stripe, Amazon Seller Central, or Vendor Central.
• Experience with SQL, reporting tools, data analysis, order-to-cash, fulfillment, shipping, or inventory workflows.
• Background in manufacturing, consumer products, retail, eCommerce, or hardware-based businesses.
• Experience with modern event-driven integration architecture or relevant Salesforce, NetSuite, or integration platform certifications.
