TL;DR

Cloud Network Administrator (Azure/AWS): Supporting and automating Epicor’s global cloud and enterprise networking infrastructure across Azure, AWS, and on-premises environments with an accent on network reliability, security, and high availability. Focus on configuring firewalls, VPNs, load balancers, and core network services, while building Infrastructure as Code automation and resolving complex production incidents.

Location: Monterrey, Mexico; hybrid work arrangement

What you will do

Support the implementation, administration, automation, and operation of global cloud and enterprise networking infrastructure across Microsoft Azure, AWS, and on-premises environments.
Maintain the reliability, availability, performance, and security of network services supporting production SaaS environments.
Configure, monitor, and troubleshoot LAN/WAN environments, Palo Alto firewalls, VPNs, load balancers, WAN optimization, DNS, and related network services.
Develop network automation using Infrastructure as Code and configuration management tools such as Terraform, Ansible, and Git.
Participate in deployments, migrations, upgrades, technology refresh initiatives, monitoring, performance analysis, and infrastructure improvement projects.
Provide Tier 2 support, incident response, root cause analysis, documentation, and on-call coverage while collaborating with cloud, infrastructure, security, application, and vendor teams.

Requirements

5+ years of experience supporting enterprise network infrastructure.
3+ years of experience supporting Microsoft Azure and/or AWS cloud networking environments.
Experience administering enterprise firewalls, VPN technologies, network security solutions, and highly available production infrastructure.
Experience with Terraform, Ansible, or similar Infrastructure as Code frameworks, plus Git-based source control and pull request workflows.
Strong troubleshooting, analytical, root cause analysis, communication, documentation, and organizational skills.
Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field, or equivalent education and relevant experience; ability to participate in an on-call rotation.

Nice to have

Experience with globally distributed enterprise, SaaS, or large-scale infrastructure.
Experience with ITIL, enterprise monitoring, network performance analysis, GitOps, or CI/CD for infrastructure management.
CCNP, Azure, Palo Alto Networks, or AWS certifications.
