What you will do

• Support and operate global cloud and enterprise networking infrastructure across Azure, AWS, and on-premises environments.
• Configure, monitor, and troubleshoot LAN/WAN networks, Palo Alto firewalls, VPNs, load balancers, DNS, and related network services.
• Develop network automation and Infrastructure as Code solutions using Terraform, Ansible, Git, and related tools.
• Participate in infrastructure deployments, migrations, upgrades, and technology refresh initiatives.
• Provide Tier 2 support, incident response, root cause analysis, and timely resolution for production issues.
• Collaborate with cloud, infrastructure, security, application, and vendor teams while maintaining network documentation and standards.

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience supporting enterprise network infrastructure.
• 3+ years of experience supporting Azure and/or AWS cloud networking environments.
• Strong knowledge of routing, switching, firewalls, VPNs, DNS, authentication, load balancing, and network security.
• Experience with enterprise firewalls, high-availability production environments, troubleshooting, and root cause analysis.
• Experience with Terraform, Ansible, or similar Infrastructure as Code tools, plus Git-based workflows and collaborative infrastructure management.
• Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field, or equivalent education and experience; ability to participate in an on-call rotation.

Nice to have

• Experience with globally distributed enterprise, SaaS, or large-scale infrastructure.
• ITIL or another structured operational support environment.
• GitOps and CI/CD for infrastructure and network configuration management.
• CCNP, Azure, Palo Alto, or AWS certifications.
