What you will do

• Manage and monitor organizational systems and infrastructure in accordance with company guidelines and SOPs.
• Install, configure, and test operating systems, application software, and system management tools.
• Plan and implement system automation to enhance operational efficiency.
• Maintain office network infrastructure, including switches, routers, wireless access points, and VPN connectivity.
• Implement security best practices, including patching, access control, and endpoint protection.
• Provide daily IT operational support to employees and manage user accounts and software.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or a related field.
• 2+ years of experience with IT systems, networks, and monitoring tools (macOS, Linux, Microsoft 365).
• Experience in endpoint devices management and incident management.
• Fluency in English and Spanish.
• Must be based in or able to work hybrid in Madrid, Zaragoza, or Barcelona, Spain.

Nice to have

• Experience with JAMF, Fortinet, and Apple devices.
• Proficiency in scripting languages.
• Knowledge of AWS.
• Experience with technical support for Slack.
