TL;DR
Senior Solution Manager (AI): Shaping and implementing AI-enabled use cases for core banking processes across accounts, deposits, loans, and payments with an accent on translating business needs into technical requirements and solution designs. Focus on configuring AI agents, building prototypes, running solution demos, and bridging business stakeholders with AI engineers and banking technology teams.
Location: Remote, with role locations in Munich and Walldorf, Germany; London, United Kingdom; and Vienna, Austria. Access to offices is available.

What you will do
- Identify AI-based innovation opportunities across accounts, deposits, loans, and payments.
- Gather and prioritize business and technical requirements for AI use cases.
- Translate business goals into technical requirements and solution designs with AI specialists and core banking teams.
- Create solution demos and prototypes, then advance them into standard enhancements.
- Lead workshops and collaborative sessions with customers, business leaders, and technical teams.
- Configure and improve AI agents while connecting business expectations with technical execution.
Requirements
- 5+ years of experience as an AI Solution Manager, Business Technology Analyst, Consultant, Product Owner, or in a similar hybrid role.
- Hands-on experience with AI solutions, model configuration, prompt engineering, data interaction, and solution design.
- Understanding of core banking processes involving accounts, loans, deposits, and payments.
- Familiarity with banking system landscapes and architecture; or other SAP experience is advantageous.
- Strong business acumen and communication skills for working with business leaders and technical teams.
- Fluent spoken and written English required; German language skills are a plus.
