What you will do
- Build infrastructure for evaluating AI agents alongside human expert work in safe and secure environments.
- Solve complex problems involving compute, orchestration, scaling, security, and reliability.
- Develop approaches for training, benchmarking, and evaluating AI agents.
- Make pragmatic technical decisions while shaping a new 0→1 product and architecture.
- Partner with product engineering and AI research to turn customer problems into scalable products.
Requirements
- Strong experience building scalable cloud infrastructure or distributed systems.
- Understanding of system deployment, scaling, and security.
- Hands-on experience evaluating AI models or agents.
- Strong product mindset focused on customer and business value.
- Ability to work effectively with ambiguity and collaborate across engineering, product, and AI research.
Nice to have
- Experience with image, video, or audio processing.
- Experience with Python.
