TL;DR

Senior Consultant in Financial Services Transformation (Financial Services): Delivering IT integration and transformation projects for banking environments, from analysis and solution design through testing, cutover, and stabilization, with an accent on complex interfaces, data flows, and end-to-end processes. Focus on mapping multi-tier banking architectures, translating business requirements into technical solutions, and coordinating SIT/UAT, go-live, and regulatory documentation.

Location: Frankfurt, Hessen, Germany; hybrid workplace

What you will do

Contribute to IT integration projects across analysis, solution design, testing, cutover, and stabilization.
Analyze, design, and specify complex interfaces and data flows.
Map integrations across core banking, channels, data warehouses, analytics, reporting, IAM, and payments landscapes.
Translate business requirements, structure workshop outcomes, prepare decision templates, and coordinate business and IT stakeholders.
Support SIT/UAT strategy and execution, cutover planning, hypercare, and comprehensive documentation.
Contribute to the development of consulting products, methods, and assets.

Requirements

At least 3 years of experience in IT integration projects in financial services, ideally banking.
Experience with complex IT interfaces in multi-tier banking architectures, heterogeneous system landscapes, multiple source systems, and high stability and compliance requirements.
Knowledge of interface specifications, data mapping, and non-functional requirements.
Strong consulting skills, including structured analysis, clear communication, workshop facilitation, and ownership of deliverables.
Very good German is required.

Nice to have

Experience with development banks, including funding products, processes, and system landscapes.
Regulatory expertise and knowledge of reporting, accounting, data management, controls, and traceability.
