EU Expert Digital Solutions Manager (AI)

What you will do

• Act as the EU liaison to Global Digital Solutions and translate regional business needs into roadmap priorities.
• Lead rollout planning, prioritization, go-to-market readiness, change management, training, and adoption tracking for digital tools.
• Own the European strategy, performance, adoption, and usage of solutions including IntelliDish and IntelliLinen.
• Analyze platform data and develop benchmarks and dashboards that demonstrate efficiency, cost savings, operational improvements, and sustainability impact.
• Identify AI opportunities and convert AI capabilities into practical customer-focused solutions, value propositions, predictive analytics, and performance platforms.
• Enable Sales, Marketing, Experts, Key Accounts, and Product & Innovation teams to integrate digital solutions into value-selling and growth strategies.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree, preferably in Business, Marketing, Data Analytics, or a related field.
• 5–10+ years of experience in digital solutions, digital transformation, or connected technologies within a B2B environment.
• Experience managing cross-regional or global projects, solution rollouts, and adoption in matrixed, cross-country organizations.
• Strong commercial and customer acumen, including the ability to translate digital data and AI capabilities into practical execution and customer value.
• Excellent communication skills for working with stakeholders across different countries and organizational levels.
