Group Product Manager (Finance Technology)

Location: Remote, based in the United States

Salary: $210,800–$295,200 USD per year, plus equity and additional incentives.

What you will do

• Own the product vision, multi-quarter roadmap, and execution strategy for a portfolio of finance SaaS platforms.
• Lead finance transformation initiatives involving AI-enabled workflows, automation, reconciliation, anomaly detection, reporting, and operational efficiency.
• Manage and mentor finance technology product managers while retaining direct ownership of selected applications.
• Partner with finance executives, architecture, engineering, and business teams to translate priorities into scalable technology solutions.
• Lead vendor strategy, platform evaluations, renewals, service-level agreements, roadmap influence, and technology spend optimization.
• Support acquisitions, system integrations, modernization programs, adoption measurement, and cross-functional communication.

Requirements

• 8+ years of experience in product management, finance systems, business applications, or finance transformation.
• At least 2 years of direct people management experience, including mentoring and team development.
• Experience owning finance SaaS or enterprise platforms across ERP, EPM/CPM, procure-to-pay, order-to-cash, treasury, payroll, or related domains.
• Experience developing product operating models covering roadmaps, prioritization, releases, change management, and adoption.
• Strong vendor management, financial controls, compliance, audit readiness, SOX, and data quality knowledge.
• Strong executive communication, stakeholder management, strategic thinking, and hands-on product ownership skills.

Nice to have

• Experience with AI-enabled business transformation or intelligent automation.
• Background in public technology companies, M&A integrations, advertising platforms, shared services, or enterprise finance ecosystems.
