Internship – Merchandising and Delivery Support F/M (Retail): Supporting the development and delivery of standardized and customized merchandising solutions for retail customers in Italy with an accent on planogramming, customer implementation, and delivery coordination. Focus on creating technical designs, supporting merchandising projects, training customers, and solving methodology and client-support questions with sales and delivery teams.

Location: Via Tortona 33, Milan, Italy; travel and onsite activities may be required.

Compensation: up to EUR 700 per month

What you will do

• Assist with technical designs and customizations for merchandising solutions.
• Support project leads with merchandising deliveries and client follow-ups in Italy.
• Provide technical support and help build customer partnerships with sales and delivery teams.
• Onboard, train, and support customers using merchandising products.
• Prepare methodology documentation and frequently asked questions.
• Participate in global expert groups and contribute to delivery improvements.

Requirements

• Italian and English communication skills are required.
• Strong relationship-building skills with internal and external stakeholders.
• Reliability and commitment to project support.
• Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel and Office tools.
• Experience with planogramming tools, preferably Nielsen Spaceman or JDA Space Planning.
• Knowledge of Microsoft Access and SQL Server; C# programming is a plus.
