What you will do

• Facilitate stakeholder workshops and interviews to gather and refine requirements.
• Analyze and document AS-IS processes and investigate legacy systems to identify pain points.
• Design and model TO-BE processes using BPMN 2.0.
• Define business rules, data flows, and system integration touchpoints.
• Refine user stories and prepare clear acceptance criteria for developers and architects.
• Support QA activities, including UAT and testing scenario preparation.

Requirements

• 3+ years of experience as an IT, System, or Business Analyst in complex systems.
• Strong technical proficiency in SQL for data querying and analysis.
• Familiarity with REST APIs and integration patterns.
• Hands-on experience with conceptual and data modeling.
• Proven experience working in Agile (Scrum) environments.
• English: Upper-Intermediate (B2) or above required.
• Practical experience using AI tools to improve analytical workflows.

Nice to have

• Experience with ERP systems.
• Understanding of enterprise architecture principles.
• Background in tourism, travel, or Destination Management Company (DMC) industry.
