• Support the identification of IT impacts on applications and processes based on business requirements.
• Translate business requirements into delivery requirements within an Agile squad environment.
• Perform reporting activities and validate business functionalities according to strategic operating models.
• Conduct market benchmarking to monitor competitor offers in the consumer lending space.
• Collaborate with multi-functional international teams to improve customer value services.

Requirements

• University degree in Economics or Law with a brilliant track record.
• English: Fluent (C1) required.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office, specifically Excel and PowerPoint.
• Location: Must be based in Milan, Italy.
• Strong analytical skills and orientation to detail.
