What you will do

• Lead the EMEA Kinaxis Maestro deployment roadmap, governance, milestones, risks, and resource planning.
• Standardize demand, supply, inventory, SIOP/IBP, capacity, production, and materials planning processes.
• Coordinate deployment activities across plants, business units, IT teams, and implementation partners.
• Lead change management, training, communications, and organizational readiness.
• Oversee master data readiness, testing, ERP integration alignment, go-live preparation, and post-go-live stabilization.
• Track KPIs and deliver improvements in service levels, inventory, productivity, and supply chain maturity.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain, Engineering, Business, Operations, Information Systems, or a related field.
• 8–12+ years of experience in supply chain, planning, operations, or transformation leadership.
• 5+ years leading large cross-functional programs.
• Experience with Kinaxis Maestro/RapidResponse, SAP IBP, Blue Yonder, o9, Oracle APS, or similar planning platforms.
• Experience in manufacturing and multi-site environments.
• Availability for 50% travel.
