Program Manager - nVent HOFFMAN

Location: Hybrid in Anoka, Minnesota, United States; four days per week onsite and one day working from home. Travel required 1–2 times per quarter.

Salary: $89,300–$165,800 annual base pay, with potential eligibility for annual incentives.

What you will do

• Support strategic growth initiatives connected to sales, revenue, profit, and business objectives.
• Lead global programs, key customer initiatives, customer onboarding, and new product introductions.
• Manage account portfolios by prioritizing opportunities, allocating resources, and monitoring performance scorecards.
• Coordinate with Quality, Design, Pricing, Sales, Engineering, Operations, Supply Chain, Finance, Customer Service, and Planning teams.
• Track program health, risks, corrective actions, milestones, escalations, schedules, resources, deliverables, and executive reviews.
• Support sales forecasting, SIOP activities, ihirify.globalory visibility, delivery performance, and customer service planning.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience in program management.
• At least three years of experience in project management, program management, manufacturing engineering, design engineering, or customer service within a manufacturing company.
• Experience managing programs or projects in a cross-functional, customer-facing, or commercial environment.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities, align stakeholders, and drive initiatives from planning through execution.
• Strong communication, reporting, presentation, analytical, and stakeholder-management skills.
• Ability to work four days per week from the Anoka, Minnesota location, one day from home, and travel 1–2 times per quarter.
