Digital Program Manager - Integrated Supply Chain

Location: Hybrid role based in St Louis Park, Minnesota, United States

Salary: $123,500–$229,500 per year, with potential eligibility for annual incentives.

What you will do

• Lead complex digital programs and manage the associated portfolio across the Digital function.
• Drive transformation and modernization through strategic roadmaps, demand forecasting, financial planning, and portfolio performance tracking.
• Define execution plans, multi-year product roadmaps, backlogs, responsibilities, resources, and critical paths.
• Communicate program status, risks, issues, decisions, and business value to executives and stakeholders.
• Lead Scaled Agile and PI Planning events as a Release Train Engineer and coach Product Owners, Scrum Leaders, and delivery teams.
• Coordinate third parties, review statements of work, lead capital expenditure requests, and ensure timely delivery.

Requirements

• Degree in Science, Technology, Engineering, Mathematics, or a related field.
• 7+ years of experience in Digital and Scaled Agile leadership.
• 10+ years of Digital Program Management experience leading multifunctional projects involving areas such as integrations, supply chain, logistics, manufacturing execution systems, automation, cloud, or SaaS.
• Experience identifying, prioritizing, and tracking portfolio business value, goals, and metrics.
• Strong communication, presentation, organization, risk management, and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to lead and empower geographically dispersed teams in uncertain and complex environments.
