Financial Analyst (Manufacturing)

Location: On-site in Ho Chi Minh City, Vietnam

What you will do

• Support pre-close activities, financial close, variance analysis, trend analysis, and forecasting for ATM and WPM Manufacturing.
• Coordinate budget planning and close activities and provide strategic finance support to Operations Managers.
• Partner with the Back End Finance team, site Operations, customer finance, division finance, and local factory management.
• Analyze manufacturing costs, identify cost-reduction opportunities, and drive related strategies.
• Develop performance metrics and analytics while improving financial processes and system automation.
• Ensure compliance with legal and financial process requirements.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s or master’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, Business, or a related field.
• 3+ years of experience in financial analysis or reporting with a bachelor’s degree, or 0–2 years with a master’s degree.
• Proficiency in financial modeling, data analysis, and financial reporting tools.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, including the ability to convert complex financial data into actionable insights.
• Experience with enterprise financial systems and tools such as Microsoft Excel, SAP, or similar platforms.
• Ability to work on-site in Ho Chi Minh City, Vietnam.
